RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives you may - within 15 days of receiving the order - return any item(s) to the original return address and Knotcarver.com will fully refund your purchase price (not including shipping charges).

All returned items must be in the same condition that you received them.

We ask that you please notify us of your intent to return items and send us the return package shipping ID by using the Support Form on Knotcarver.com to speed your refund.
